Stakeholder Section

The members of Chenbro's Sustainable Development Committee and representatives of the assessment team identify preliminary significant issues based on GRI-G4 considerations. They refer to the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000 SES), considering five dimensions: Dependency, Responsibility, Tension/Concern, Influence, and Diverse Perspective. The identified key stakeholders for Chenbro's sustainable development include "Employees," "Customers," "Suppliers," "Investors," "Communities," "Media," and "Government Agencies." Chenbro communicates regularly with stakeholders based on communication channels and the order of issue importance. The communication status with stakeholders is reported to the board of directors annually, and the communication situation with stakeholders for the year 2023 was reported to the board of directors on January 17, 2024.

The company was established in the Republic of China in December 1983 with the approval of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The main business projects of the company and its subsidiaries (the Group) are computer application software design engineering; import and export trade of computer supplies and peripheral equipment; research, development, manufacturing, processing, and trading of computer peripheral equipment and their supplies; consumables; and main parts systems.

Chenbro is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, with subsidiaries in the US, Germany, and China, and factories in both Taiwan and China. With a comprehensive global layout and a total of more than 2,000 outstanding employees, we provide consulting and technical support services to customers around the world.

Whistleblowing on Violation of Professional Ethics

Chenbro, guided by principles of integrity, has established the "Code of Conduct," "Code of Integrity in Operations," and "Corporate Social Responsibility Code." These articles strictly prohibit corruption and any form of fraudulent behavior. In accordance with Article 28-1 of the Corporate Governance Guidelines, the company has set up an anonymous internal whistleblowing channel and established whistleblower protection measures. The handling unit is independent and encrypts files provided by whistleblowers for protection.
