Guided by SYNTEC’s expertise in this field, key courses were designed focusing on the core capabilities required in smart manufacturing. These courses were delivered with the help of professors from the participating universities, whose professional expertise proved invaluable. The Smart Robot Camp, centered on smart manufacturing and automation, employed industry-specific questions, project training, and practical work experience to prepare students for professional life with a balanced mix of theory and practical skills. With its integrated content, the workshop was able to bridge the gap between theory and application while promoting closer collaboration between academia and industry, which is critical for guiding effective industrial developments.

In recent years, Taiwan has faced food safety challenges, with excessive pesticide and chemical fertilizer use causing lasting harm to agricultural areas and potential health risks for the public. Responding to this, some Pingtung farmers have successfully implemented non-toxic cultivation practices, especially for onion crops. However, after a successful harvest, these farmers faced a lack of refrigerated storage facilities. Upon learning of this, Chenbro purchased around 3 metric tons of onions (200 bags) and shared information online with over a hundred businesses and organizations. This effort effectively assisted farmers in selling approximately 45 metric tons (3,000 bags) of onions, contributing to both green agricultural practices and environmental conservation.Chenbro will continue promoting environmental friendly concept, encouraging more partners to join in collective efforts for achieving sustainability.
In 2023, the Chenbro Welfare Committee organized the "One Hundred People Joining Hands to Protect the Forests" environmental protection event, inviting employees to participate.
