Founder of Chenbro

Maggi Chen graduated from National Chengchi University with a bachelor’s degree in Banking and completed the EMBA International Program and the Global Entrepreneur Program at National Taiwan University. Chenbro was founded in 1983 by Maggi Chen, Lian-Chun Chen (Maggi's husband), and Feng-Ming Chen (Maggi's brother). With the version of gaining a foothold in Taiwan and aiming for a global presence, Maggi founded Chenbro as a small trading company. The company transformed into a computer chassis manufacturer with independent R&D and manufacturing capabilities. With a strong foundation in chassis design and the rise of the cloud industry, Chenbro successfully entered the server chassis R&D and manufacturing. Chenbro was officially listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2021, establishing itself as a global leader in integrated enclosure solution for cloud industry. Prior to joining Chenbro, Corona was responsible for the management of Intel's Greater China supplier and ODM factories in Taiwan, where she helped build Intel's server operations team in Shanghai and successfully promoted the white-label server business model. Corona joined Chenbro in 2013 as Executive Assistant to the Chairman, managing the product team and human resources system to deepen Chenbro's business model. In 2016-2017, she was promoted to Vice President of Global Business Operations and deepened the company’s presence in China market; in 2018-2022, she was promoted as President, responsible for the Chenbro operation management, and led Chenbro to exceed NTD 10.5 million dollars of revenue in 2022. In 2023, Corona has be promoted as CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer. In addition to operational management, she will focus on new business groups and corporate investment, ESG sustainability, and deepen the company's core strategy, branding, digital transformation, financial risk management, and talent selection and cultivation, and will lead Chenbro to implement ESG sustainability and sustainable corporate management.

Eric graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Intel in Shanghai as the head of the server system R&D team, organizing and leading the server R&D team. Afterwards, he worked as the senior director of Technology department for the Greater China market. Eric is President of Chenbro. In 2014, he joined Chenbro as President of China Business, assisted in expanding the business and managed the manufacturing in China to organize manufacturing timeline and meet customers’ demands. In 2017, he took over as the President of U.S. Business to expand and cultivate the U.S. market, well recognized by the first-tier customers. In 2023, Eric promoted as Chenbro’s President. By integrating the Group's resources and successfully promoting Chenbro's alliance with the diverse and co-prosperous server industrial ecosystem, Eric leads Chenbro's continuous expansion of operations, and being responsible for the management of the core businesses.

Thomas Ho graduated from Tamkang University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Thomas is currently the Associate Vice President of the Global Sale of Chenbro. Since joining Chenbro in 2015, he has been in charge of project management in the Project Management Department, with excellent performance in NPI projects. In 2016, he was appointed as the Manager of the Global Sale to be responsible for the business operation of strategic partners such as important ODM factories in Taiwan and to build up solid customer relationships. Woking as the Associate Vice President of Global Sale at Chenbro in 2023, he has led the sale team achieved excellent results of over 10 billion revenues.

Linda Chen graduated from Peking University and Northwestern University with a joint EMBA degree, and has a wealth of experience in the industry. She joined Chenbro in 2006 and has nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of roles in different organizations. With her extensive experience in cross-group treasury management, capital planning and scheduling operations, and stock operations, Jane continues to optimize internal treasury policies and projects within Chenbro. Jane joined Chenbro in 2023 to lead optimizing and refining the treasury function's management effectiveness for the group and the organization, and to collaborate with all departments in the implementation of operational strategies to achieve operational goals.

Ramble graduated from Shanghai University with a master’s degree in mechanical design, and worked as a server system designer for Intel, a well-known technology company, and developed several generations of Intel system platform products; he also worked for Tyan, focusing on the ODM of foreign server products and the development of companies’ own products, accumulating rich experience in server hardware related work. Ramble is currently the Associate Vice President of Global R&D and Product Development Department at Chenbro, and is an expert in the field of server product development. He joined Chenbro in 2015, and based on his excellent technical skills and leadership, he is committed to designing and developing new-generation server products by targeting the needs of end-users and leading the team to win-win situations with both upstream and downstream partners. Duffy graduated from National Changhua University of Education with a master's Degree in Industrial Education. He has worked as an associate of production center at Leipzig Technology and at Diebold Industries. Duffy's many years of experience in the automotive component and tooling industries have given him a wealth of knowledge and experience in Lean management, quality management, and smart manufacturing, and his expertise in production management has also been recognized by the 39th National Outstanding Manager Award. Duffy was an important member of the initial construction team of Chenbro Chiayi plant. From plant equipment, staff recruitment to production management, he has led the Chiayi plant team to implement a number of projects, such as Lean management, stamping, and assembly automated production lines, achieving outstanding results. In 2021, she joined Chenbro as Director of Global Marketing to strengthen the company's brand core and promotion, and in 2023, she took over as Head of Global Project Management to improve workflow, integrate project management and business services to facilitate the growth of the operation.

Tony Wang graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, before joining Chenbro, he was responsible for server project management in internationally renowned companies, such as Intel and Jabil. With years of experience in the server field, Tony leads Chenbro in integrating resources across departments, operating and maintaining long-term partnerships with well-known U.S. vendors, and helping Chenbro expand our server business in North America. Tony Wang is now Associate Vice President of Global Sale at Chenbro. In 2016, he joined Chenbro as Project Manager in Key Account Management to lead the project management department, with excellent integration and leadership skills; In 2018, he was promoted to Director of the U.S. Key Customer Management Department to support North American key customer projects; In 2019, he was transferred to Director of U.S. Business to support Chenbro in expanding the development of North American business. In 2024, he was promoted to Associate Vice President of Global Business, responsible for the business of U.S. region. He focuses on expanding and deepening the server business development with well-known international companies, leading Chenbro to continuously achieve new revenue highs.

Max Yang graduated from Ming Chi University of Technology with a major in engineering management. Working at Chenbro for over 20 years, he had been Head of Engineering department at Chin-Kun Factory (CSH) and was responsible for the organization design for key customers. With this experience, he is highly recognized for his leadership skills at the project management level. Max Yang now is Director of Global R&D and Product Development. In 2002, he joined Chenbro as an engineer focusing on organization R&D design and accumulated solid R&D competence. Afterwards he experienced the rotation of duties in the R&D department and was assigned to Chin-Kun factory (CSH) in China to enhance his management capabilities, and took over the position of Factory Manager of Chin-Feng factory(CTW) in 2021. He leads Chin-Feng's manufacturing team to promote and implement Low-Cost Intelligent Manufacturing (LCIM), and to promote the dual-track cooperation of R&D and manufacturing to lead the company's continuous growth.In 2024, he officially assumed the role of Director of Global R&D and Product Development, leveraging his accumulated experience in server manufacturing and R&D to lead the development of next-generation server products within the R&D and product departments.
