A new tower chassis—Mini-ITX NAS enclosure—will also be introduced. For rack-mount solutions, there will be dual-system server chassis, mobile 3U server chassis, modular 4U 2.5”/3.5” server chassis, blade server chassis, and replaceable front bezels.

Under the influence of eco-awareness and downsizing trends, personal computers continue to reduce in size and power consumption; therefore, compact yet full-featured all-in-one personal computers begin to emerge. To this, Chenbro will introduce the PC101 all-in-one concept chassis. When fitted with an industry-standard VESA 17"–22" display, PC101 becomes an elegant all-in-one personal computer. This chassis allows the display to move upward and downward, tilt 15 degrees up and 5 degrees down, and rotate 60 degrees to both left and right. This chassis is compatible with Micro-ATX (9.6” x 9.6”) motherboards and offers room for one optical drive, one card reader, one 3.5” internal hard drive, and an 85 Plus-compliant 300W power supply unit. This chassis has been greatly welcomed by government and educational markets around the world. For tech-savvy users, Chenbro will introduce a race-car-like chassis, which models the contour of a Future race car. The front bezel resembles a flip-out door and offers excellent ventilation. This chassis allows up to eleven 3.5” internal hard drives to be installed—virtually as capable as an entry-level server.

For tower chassis, Chenbro will introduce the ES34169 Mini-NAS enclosure to answer the needs for miniature multimedia contents servers. This chassis is compatible with Mini-ITX (6.7” x 6.7”) motherboards and has room for up to four 3.5” hot-swap hard drives, one 2.5” internal hard drive, and one slim optical drive—ideal for data sharing servers in small-and-medium business environments, or multimedia contents download and sharing servers in advanced consumer environments.

In line with green and modular design trends in the development of rack-mount servers, Chenbro will announce several new rack-mount chassis including a dual-system server, a mobile 3U server, a modular 4U 2.5”/3.5” server, along with replaceable front bezels. The dual-system chassis RM13304/13308 is 1U in dimension and accommodates up to four 3.5” or eight 2.5” hot-swap hard drives. The 3U RM31508 shallow chassis is only 17.5” deep but can accommodate the Extended ATX (12” x 13”) motherboard and houses up to eight 3.5” hot-swap hard drives. This chassis can be used on a rack or as a tower solution, perfect for non-rack-mount environments with a special need for mobility.

To enhance the company's bottom line, Chenbro builds all their moulds almost exclusively in-house to tightly control quality. In addition, the company sets up its own testing labs for shock, vibration, EMI, and thermal flow tests to respond to customers' real-time requests for relevant test reports. Taipei, Taiwan, 21th January, 2010 – Chenbro held its annual party in Banqiao, Taiwan today. All Chenbro members including top management team prepared special shows to entertain the hardworking colleagues and invited guests. Special prizes are prepared for every employee, and three special awards are reserved for the best performing team of the night. At the end of the night, Chenbro team vowed to make a record-breaking year in 2010.

The top management team made their debut in the party wearing as Chinese opera characters who are the Eight-Immortals crossing the sea, each one showing his or her special blesses to Chenbro. The colorful customs and amusing dancing steps entertained all the guests. Followed by the employee groups’ performance competition brought the whole night to a climax. At the end, first place is claimed by the group of sales, marketing, MIS, human resource, accounting & finance department; and the group of engineer and custom solutions won the second place. The creative hand-made customs and sophisticated dancing routines are the key winning factors. The latter featured traditional folk ceremony and retrospective songs brought everyone back into their childhood memory.

The employee lucky drawing between the shows was also the highlight of the night. Prizes could only be won by employees who stayed until the end. With the coming of the President prize, everyone’s emotion is brought to the boiling point. Chenbro banqueted our guests in 45 tables with over 500 participants. Everyone enjoyed a splendorous night with good food and drink and toasted for another great year to come in 2010.
